Haha I just kind of expected it to suck? It was the guy who came on kinda strong. He didn't come off that way in person tho. But regardless I kinda called him out and was like hey... So I'm a big girl like I don't need you to put me on this pedestal or be weird or act like a savior. By the end of the date he seemed more relaxed and less extra. Like I wondered if I was sarcastic or cynical or whatever in my humor if he would be weird since it's not the vision in his head he seemed to have built up, but it genuinely didn't seem to be an issue.

I've talked in here about my asm before and how he's retaliating against Hannah and I because he's jealous. Well last night he made it a point to yell at us both separately for different things.

We ordered Domino's and when it got there, another supervisor (who noticed something going on between Hannah and I right away and has been orchestrating breaks/projects to get us to work together more and is a real pal) sent Hannah and I on break together, and then he went. When I came back my asm was like "where's [other manager]" and I was like he's on break" and then asm was like "wtf it's almost 8 why is he just going" (he just doesn't like him and will make any excuse to be annoyed) and I was like "oh probably my fault, he let Hannah and I go first" and then he yelled at me for "going on break before people who got here first" even though my other manager told me to go. NOT TO MENTION my asm comes into work and doesn't eat beforehand and then always goes on break 2-3 hours into his shift because he's hungry, and then will take another break sometimes before some people even had their first!!!!!!!!!!

Then later in the night Hannah was talking to a friend and said something about straight white men, and my asm had the fucking nerve to take her into the back and tell her it was inappropriate and that if he had said the same thing about a woman we would be on his case. I FUCKING CAN'T!!! If you're a straight white man that gets offended when people talk shit about straight white men you're part of the problem and probably one of the ones we are talking about!!

Hannah really wants to escalate this to higher ups at work, above my boss's head because when Hannah talked to him last week about this he told her she was gossiping and then tried to blame everything somehow on another manager who isn't even involved??? Yeah my boss is the same guy who tried to tell Hannah that if somebody came in and started talking shit about Italians (he's Italian, i.e. American with Italian ancestry) he would ignore it - this was when discussing the homophobic, racist nazi that came into work and harassed us last week.

I'm soooo ready to be done with this place. It sucks because everybody else that works there is cool as hell but my sm and asm are the worst.

 

More tea from last night which was a crazy night! So when Hannah and I were on break yesterday we were with another coworker who is a dom (yeah we got on this topic somehow) and since Hannah and I are celebrating Christmas on Friday she decided it'd be fun to go to Spencer's and check out a certain section there... she wanted handcuffs send help.

Anyway all 3 of us go and we walk in, Hannah and I are walking with our arms around each other and the first person we see working there greeting at the door...her fucking ex gf who she broke up with me to be with me. I was truly horrified and we left immediately but Hannah was like no fuck this we're going in and we did and I was kind of mortified tbh because this girl was jealous of me from the very beginning, before anything started developing between Hannah and I. Not to mention we were going in there to buy naughty things so there were all sorts of layers omfg.

This girl refused to work the entire time Hannah and her dated and Hannah spent all her money on her and trying to uber to her and stuff and tbf we had no idea she worked there, seems like a seasonal thing cause we've been in there a few times and never seen her. But the absolute look of horror on her face when we saw her and she saw us....honestly we both feel really bad about it because Hannah is a kind person and knows she hurt somebody, but I keep trying to tell her we didn't do it on purpose and that sometimes people get hurt and we can't help that. The relationship wasn't good anyway and she didn't treat her right and even before we met she was thinking of ending it, but I still get it. I hurt my ex so much in this process. But that can't stop you from trying to attain what you really want in life.
