My gf and I have been chilling in my car in the parking lot across from Taco Bell like 4 nights in a row, today we smoked some and made out and then exchanged sweatshirts so tomorrow she's wearing mine to work and I am wearing hers and we're gonna see if our coworkers notice. Her sweatshirt smells like her. This is fun.
I’ve seen three minutes of Harry Potter. Whatever movie he is chased trough the woods by a giant spider. That scene.
That’s very tough for me to judge but at this point getting me to watch Harry Potter films and giving my money to JK Rowling while she’s a known transphobic piece of trash is going to be next to impossible.
Sorry. I also want to make it abundantly clear that I in no way shape or form am judging anyone in here who likes Harry Potter. The same goes for LOTR and Star Wars, by the way. Firm believer in like what you like. I just like shitposting.
books were entertaining but i never understood the obsession - and one of my best friends all through every grade of school was, and still is, OBSESSED with HP even though she's now in her 30's. still has a wall in her home decorated with random HP shit and they go to HP world every year for vacation. i've only seen bits and pieces of the films, but since they follow the books pretty closely i've never been interested in sitting down and watching 16+ hours of what i already know is gonna happen, so i guess no, not a fan, but it's a fun series.
This was always my favorite book. I love the books, and to a lesser extent, the movies. I just do my best to pretend JK passed away after writing them.
I was definitely a massive "Potter head" through my teens (and early twenties to be honest) I think I had the highest post count in the Deathly Hallows book thread on AP... I could be misremembering though I don't know how well they'd hold up to my more adult brain. I'm definitely not interested in seeing or reading anything new in the series like Fantastic Beasts or The Cursed Child.
