Smashing Pumpkins’ Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness wins with 51 points, our largest total yet. Oasis’ better album finished with 40 and Radiohead’s The Bends had 27. i’ll post 96 in a few hours. i seem to have an internet outage going on right now and it would be too much to post the OP for the thread mobile.
watch Be Here Now win 97 like Marty winning for the departed. internet is back, that was quick, gonna work on the post for 96 now

Giving this one a listen right now and super into it so far, actually enjoying it more than any Massive Attack I've heard outside of Teardrop. Really like the vocalist.
Reading Sellout and listening to “Dear You” for the first time in a while. Don’t love them but there’s some good stuff. Shield Your Eyes is still my favorite Jawbreaker
I listened to it for the first time last winter, also because of Sellout, and I enjoyed it a lot at the time, but did not go back to it since and also kind of don't remember any songs. What would you say is the best Jawbreaker project?
Any takers in a Chorus Music League? Pretty fun app I just found out about, gets you listening to listening to new music and there's a voting component. https://forum.chorus.fm/threads/the-chorus-fm-music-league-thread.57411/
All I remember from '95 is a crappy techno video where some gabber heads chase a stoned hippy in a park. This? Terrible year.
Listening to Houdini by Long Fin Killie. Kinda blown away by it on first listen. Was trying to find albums in the vein of In a Silent Way and the later Talk Talk records and this came up.
