I agree, most publications would likely have Smells Like Teen Spirit (likely at number 1) because that’s expected at this point. Nirvana in the 90’s is undeniable, but the decade had plenty more to offer as well
The Goofy song is actually just a Tevin Campbell song and a great one at that. It deserves a spot on a 90s list. I REGRET NOTHING.
