Sticking to one per artist as with the last thread, and doing 20 instead of 10, even though only 10 count, because it felt much easier to cut to 20 than have to cut another 10 from this.

Fucking impossible. I fully intended to triple up on Springsteen (since "Jungleland" and "Born to Run" are both also in my all-time top 15, along with "Thunder Road,' which is my favorite song), but then that just opened a whole can of worms where I also wanted "Backstreets" and "Badlands" and "Incident." And then I would have wanted to double up on Billy Joel too, because "Vienna" is one of my favorite songs ever as well. Long story short, decided to just stick with the one song per artist rule, as much as that rule sucks.

    Anyway, insane decade.

With my napkin math, by refraining from doubling up on Bruce and voting for Bowie, you just put "Heroes" ahead of "Born to Run" as the top song. Haha

It's also just a perfect take. I've heard so many live versions and they're all good but never quite the exact magic of that version.
