I’m going to a 100gecs DJ set tonight!!

 

I found this the other day, curious about their live show, and after watching (not even) 10 mins of it, it has to be one of the most “Portland” things I’ve ever seen... lmao.

 

That was the most fun I’ve ever had at a DJ set

absolutely wild, crowd was a blast

 

I’m listening to this damn album again...

 

Songs smash live. Need to see them in a club show though.

 

Random but I feel like 800 db Cloud could've been on like an SSX snowboarding game or something, if they still made them... it's kinda got that vibe.

 

Does Laura sing on anything besides the two gecs releases and that one umru track?

 

think she sings on some of the solo tracks in this set?

 

been jamming this chamber of secrets set a ton and there are so many insane REMIXs on it

 

I didn't know about this set but I am hyped to check it out.

I forgot she used to make music as osno1 (even though that's what the did the umru feature under lol) and there's two more tracks on Apple Music as that, one solo and another feature.

 

the shawn mendes remix in that set is so stupid good.

ive seen a bunch of osno1 stuff on bandcamp before, dunno if that stuff has reach streaming services though

I just moved back to MI a couple of weeks ago and found out last minute, the other night, that the gecs were in town... didn’t end up making it down. Bummer.

 

If anyone has an extra ticket to their show in Chicago at Lincoln Hall on Thursday, please let me know!

I literally listened to the chamber of secrets mix an hour ago and this song blew me away.

Also, pretty sure "Bloodstains" is my favorite gecs track at this point. (Sorry to "Stupid Horse")

 

my fav song on the first EP is definitely Fuck Teeth

 

im currently going through all the osno1 stuff on bandcamp and its all in the same vein/insanely incredible. a bunch of this is just dark brooding emo with pop elements.

 

this is hauntingly beautiful

 

I really need to run through. Maybe tonight!

They were fantastic tonight. They truly killed it. My only complaint is that their set is super short (about 30 minutes) but that is probably due to just having the one album and an EP out (and other stuff on Bandcamp that it doesn’t seem like they played live)
