Also, since the album thread is pretty dead, I want to urge everyone in here to listen to the Dorian Electra project from last month. It's got a very similar energy to the remix album and is conceptually one of the most interesting and fully realized records of the year. Videos are essential to it too.

Dylan also produced 8 of the 13 tracks on this Aaron Cartier project

The gecs were the best thing to happen to me in 2020

 

Blink’s Online Songs and I Won’t Be Home for Christmas had a ska, hyperpop baby lol

 

Given how creative they can get, I wish they played more with the conventions of actual holiday music on this track. Feels like a missed opportunity imo! It’s fun, but as a novelty track that’s basically a retread of one of their much better tracks, I don’t anticipate it holding much interest beyond a few listens for me.
