i saw en masse and fly over states this weekend. two amazing bands that go unbelievably hard live. highly recommend both if you enjoy underoath, glassjaw, etc
Had this album saved in my Spotify library for a decade and only gave it a listen last night. Reminiscent of Engine Down, Cave In's rockier material, Codeseven... and it features Ryan Parrish from Hopesfall on guitars. Like the latter, it def has a certain spaciness to it. They have one more album and two EPs and everything is really solid. This one's a jam
i think its that they coulda easily been on the money with the exact same bands but different albums lol (bar atdi) that and no thrice/glassjaw/aof
No i absolutely agree with you on that especially with ATDI. In Casino Out is such a better album imo that Relationship.
while i relationship more front to back, ill give you that transatlantic foe is my fav atdi song. so good
has me thinking of how i would try and do that glassjaw - worship and tribute circa survive - juturna thrice - vheissu alexisonfire - crisis underoath - lost in the sound of separation if i were gonna round up to 10 and stray a bit from the obvious picks poison the well - you come before you finch - say hello to sunshine the bled - found in the flood boysetsfire - the misery index: notes from the plague years from autumn to ashes - holding a wolf by the ears my favorite thursday album does not qualify for these lists unfortunately because it is not from this decade, but no devolucion is maybe my favorite album any of these bands ever made. holy hell what a sendoff
