Riyl 2003-2007 Underoath

 

i saw en masse and fly over states this weekend. two amazing bands that go unbelievably hard live. highly recommend both if you enjoy underoath, glassjaw, etc

 

RIYL Seaweed, Rival Schools

 

Had this album saved in my Spotify library for a decade and only gave it a listen last night. Reminiscent of Engine Down, Cave In's rockier material, Codeseven... and it features Ryan Parrish from Hopesfall on guitars. Like the latter, it def has a certain spaciness to it.

They have one more album and two EPs and everything is really solid. This one's a jam
