im listening to a blood brothers album for the first time. figured going in discography order wold make sense. this adultery isnt really doing it for me

 

Oh yeah this reminded me to post about listening to These Arms Are Snakes for the first time this week. They definitely belong here

 

I'm actually gonna dive into their discog next haha

Haven’t listened to the ep yet, but I definitely hear a lot of late 80’s/early 90’s DC hardcore in their albums. Also it’s so crazy how Botch members all went on to do some really interesting stuff.

 

For real. Botch was such a hotbed of talent. Too bad romans isn’t on spotify :(

 

Damn I didn’t know that, and just checked you’re right. I’m wondering if Brian had a say in taking it down? The new Sumac album isn’t on there last I checked due to them rightfully angry at the Spotify ceo

 

hes in sumac too? damn. consistently in the best heavy bands

Bump. This episode of Jeremy’s podcast was such a cool listen especially the Revolution Smile stuff which being a huge Far fan I wasn’t even aware of them. Will have to check them out:

I think I listened to The Revolution Smile before I ever heard Far because I loved nu-Metal in middle school lol. “Bonethrower” is pretty catchy
