My guess is we'll see a retail version (maybe just black, but who knows) sooner or later. It took a few days for the last EP to show up in the system for indie stores.

EP was so so good. Hyped.

 

Yeah, that's kind of what I was afraid of. At least I can avoid paying shipping, but these vinyl prices are a drag.

 

it's unacceptable in 2023 to be paying so much for 1-2 discs, when just two years ago, the biggest pop star on the planet dropped a 4xLP for the same price. not sure if this means that the fewer they press, the more they have to charge for them, but it's not consumer-friendly by any means.

 

Looks like indie stores are charging $40 for standard black and "black ice", which is the indie variant. Not great, but kinda par for the course in 2023, sadly.
