A lot of MCR fans love shitty bands, haha. I personally would have loved a Panic or FOB cover. Nicole Dollanganger said she wants to cover the whole album and that would be waaay better than this, ha.
Panic's a lot bigger than most of the bands on here though. It's probably harder to get them for something like this.
This is exactly why I say they're thr shittiest. Not only do I literally HAVE to hear them constantly, but I also hear about how terrific they are. Daily. I'll never hear a band like Attila in my day to day so they're irrelevant ha
Creeper should have just covered the whole album by themselves. Best band on here (along with Moose Blood, though I'm not the biggest fan) by miles.
The End. – ONE OK ROCK - who did they know to get on this? Dead! – Escape The Fate - eh This Is How I Disappear – Creeper - what? The Sharpest Lives – State Champs - DOPE Welcome To The Black Parade – Crown The Empire - DOPE I Don’t Love You – Moose Blood - DOPE House Of Wolves – Palisades - DOPE Cancer – Twenty One Pilots - DOPE Mama – Ghost Town - band needs to call it a day Sleep – New Years Day - ughhhh =\\\\\ Teenagers – Against The Current - DOPE Disenchanted – Chunk! No, Captain Chunk! - DOPE Famous Last Words – Asking Alexandria - Guilty Pleasure DOPE
If you're actually going to call out One OK Rock but be stoked on Palisades, Crown The Empire, Asking Alexandria, and Chunk! No Captain Chunk, I'm going to ignore every opinion you have about anything from now on
Yeah Creeper is literally the only band on here that makes sense... I mean I like Moose Blood but I wouldn't choose them to be on an MCR cover album.
MCR seems to me to be one of those uncoverable bands, and seeing all these dreadful bands taking it up just makes it worse. But I trust MB
Agreed, but I think the bands I mentioned are closer to MCR's fanbase than these bands. It looks like someone googled "rock bands", picked the edgiest looking ones (hence Escape the Fate and NYD) and assumed that's what MCR fans are into.
I can see that. I can also see a lot of these bands being fans of MCR and wanting to be a part of this, ha.
Congrats to whoever selected most of these bands and ruining what could have been a good tribute album.
They've been a band for 11 years, signed to Warner Bros and their most recent release was produced by John Feldmann. They're not exactly nobodies. You might not have heard of them because they're from Japan and their first American release was last year. Doesn't mean they had to know someone to get on this (mediocre) tribute album.
