I hadn't felt hope for a movie about this character in over two decades. That was nice. Beautiful reinterpretation of the Williams theme too.

 

This gives me fan-film vibes for some reason.

 

Hopefully Gunn can lead a DC renaissance. I’ve grown tired of the over saturation of comic book films, but DC has been hit or miss for a long time. The Batman was great and a step in the right direction. I would love to see Superman get a good movie.

 

looks like it'll be less try hard to be serious tone, I'm down, looks like fun! my mom thinks new guy looks exactly like henry cavill and she's on board!

I mean it's basically like if a studio exec made a 300 million dollar fan film

 

Studio execs should always make films adapting works they are not fans of so that they can properly discern the flaws and cut it down to its most marketable and audience-pleasing form.

 

People can talk shit, but its great to see Chris Kattan back on top like this playing the man of steel himself.

 

I can't believe Lex Luthor is in this movie too

Imagine a Spider-Man franchise where Norman Osborn is in every single one of the movies

I tolerate nothing less than a CEO or CFO helming any 2D or 3D project.

 

Tbh I was expecting Dick York
