That was quick. Is this worth checking out? I heard it was close to Buffy-esque which piqued my interest, but it still seems like a weird show for a man in his mid-30's to watch.
I mean I'm 28 and I enjoyed it. I think it can be better, but the first season was a fun watch. Nothing like the comedy series. Acting and writing was sometimes not the best, but was still entertaining and worth a watch IMO. Never watched Buffy, so can't comment on that.
And I'm in my early 30s and watched it without shame. It's pretty pulpy, more so than a typical teen drama, so I can understand a comparison to Buffy.
