A 20th anniversary pressing of Anberlin’s Never Take Friendship Personal is up for pre-order on the band’s website and from Tooth & Nail Records. more Not all embedded content is displayed here. The Tooth and Nail link says "expanded" but has no details about what that means, the tracklist on the back appears to be the same, hmm EDIT: ignore what I said above, more details are here - it includes the B-sides from Lost Songs
Makes me really glad I bought the original LP when I did. The bonus songs are nice, but not for that price.
$62 out the door was rough, but still worth it. We got a Cities repress a couple years ago, now this...here's hoping Blueprints and New Surrender aren't too far off!
"A true lighthouse for the entire genre, this fully restored 2LP set features an embossed front cover, a full audio remaster for vinyl by Troy Glessner @ Spectre Studios, 5 individual art prints (featuring each band member’s unique bust WITH a corresponding retrospective from each member & a LOST SONGS cover art print), an etched D Side, and 6 bonus tracks from the “Lost Songs” release, all on gorgeous colored vinyl." From the e-mail blast that just went out.
I’d be remiss if I didn’t say there are still copies for sale here, in case someone reads this comment and assumes they missed out: Anberlin - Never Take Friendship Personal - 20th Anniversary Expanded
i love this album but i would never listen to that second disc, i would just prefer the album on one LP for 28-35 bucks
