‘American Idiot’ Turns 15

Still such an important album for my generation and for future generations to come.

 

Time flies.

 

the first ever CD I bought for myself. didn't take it out of my discman for months.

 

I remember listening to this album so much growing up. Classic album.

 

Freshman year of high school. This album was everywhere.

15 years ago I bought my first album and it's still my favorite of all time

 

That means I saw them live 15 years ago in August! The title track was the one song they played from this album, the rest were just "the classics" - think it was one of, if not the, last show for the 'International Superhits' era. Incredible how big they became just a month later.
