Played an hour of Cat Quest last night and yeah, the game is repetitive and simple combat but it’s just so charming and so relaxing to play. Definitely gonna complete both games in the next couple of weeks

Trails gacha is out. Also, just got around to finishing stellar blade. I had stopped at the beginning of the desert. Barrelled through, and holy crap. The last few hours after the point of no return.......wow. Just wow. This might just be the most beautiful AND best performing game besides HFW as far as PS exclusives go. The final push through the zones and the bosses.....just superb. Those boss fights were SO GOOD. I can't wait to see whatever sequel they come up with to expand on this game and which ending is the "true" ending. I got the one you get when you do 100% of side quests and other criteria and after watching and reading about the others, i think this one should be what they use going into a sequel.

Great song. I thought the heavy part at 1:35 was foreshadowing a big ending, and while they briefly return to it at 3:52, it's another exercise in restraint, as has been consistent with their recent output. Sometimes I wish they'd just give in to temptation and occasionally jam out a bit a la Separation, but I'm probably projecting my own wants. I just get the impression that they're fighting the urge to do what they used to do in certain spots.
