jumping off from that, i also found out Fog of Love has same-sex couple versions of the cover, and the contents were updated to make it gender neutral Love is for everyone. New Fog of Love LGBTQ covers revealed. Plus new LGBTQ expansion coming soon! | Fog of Love the game itself isn't really appealing to me, but it's nice to feel included.

(or maybe i did but i forgot??) this is so fucking cool Choose your Yu and Kay and play as a same-gender couple with the Haven update available now! - The Game Bakers i've had the game in my xbox library for a while now. i probably won't get to it anytime soon bc i'm paying for gamepass again and want to utilize it as much as possible. but this is such a cool feature to add to a game.

Clair Obscur combat camera moves too much but turning it off just makes it look sad. At least it's an option tho bc I can't play darkest dungeon and beneath oresa without feeling sick

I loved Ender Lilies. Glad to hear its sequel is also good. Outside of Ori, Shantae, and Guacamelee I don't think I've played a lot of MV sequels, I've yet to get to the second Blasphemous and I'm still waiting for Silksong

Ordered MUNA for $15 from UO to be picked up at my local store but they canceled the order bc I guess it wasn't actually available there so if I really want it I'll have to get it from my slightly less local store. i have Clair Obscur on lowest settings and it still feels choppy, idk if my desktop can play this game? Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1620 v3 @ 3.50GHz 64.0 GB RAM NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 my laptop might actually be beefier tbh.

i thought since gamepass has clair obscur and oblivion remaster, now would be a good excuse to play a plague tale: innocence (which i own on xbox games) and then use gamepass to also play a plague tale: requiem (which i don't own)-- waitaminute, i do own a plague tale: requiem. it's in my steam library. where did that come from? i don't remember buying it. apparently @Penlab sent me a code almost a year ago and i forgot so it's just been sitting there soooo, since i don't need gamepass for that, i don't feel a sense of urgency to get to it anymore. i can put it off for now and i guess just... jump straight into clair obscur

alrighty, finished second playthrough. man, the ending is rough. i feel like i sound like a broken record at this point, but i really mean it, this game is so much sadder in black and white. the scene where ellie leaves dina. the scene where ellie finds abby. the final fight. everything is just that much more bleak with all the color taken out. the commentary was really enlightening. they talked through the whole duration of the credits about what they went through re: the backlash to the game, esp laura. i didn't know this was happening at the time, and i feel really bad bc i love ashley and laura so much, in this game and everything else i've seen them in. i really really hope kaitlyn doesn't go through that, but i think it's kind of already started. ppl are gonna sit with joel's death for a year before seeing abby's side of things (on the show), and tbh by the end of this game i love abby as a character even more than ellie, who's really become quite villainous imo. idk if ppl have the media literacy or emotional maturity to have that change of heart, it seems like even after five years of the game being out there are so many haters who either missed the point or they get it but hate abby anyway. i don't think i've played any other game that made me question if i was still the good guy. it's such a powerful experience, seeing ellie's downfall and not being able to stop it; like, you have to go to santa barbara and see it through. i may question the way the show is handling the wlw stuff, but more than anything i just hope it presents its themes in a way that is effective enough that most of the viewers will feel how i did playing it. i do have faith in mazin et al, and esp the cast, it's just the fans i'm wary of at this point

Yelena is obv great but Ghost and esp Taskmaster are very underdeveloped in comparison. I like that they showed a bit of Valentina's backstory to humanize her a little without outright trying to justify her actions in any way

Until Dawn was enjoyable enough. On par with Escape Room 1-2. I saw somewhere that ppl are probs attaching existing IP to their original ideas just to get shit greenlit, maybe that's what happened here. It might not be like the game (I wouldn't know, I haven't played it) but it's certainly a decent time loop horror movie Hadn't seen Odessa A'zion in anything since the new Hellraiser, glad to find she's still doing horror edit: oh hey, Ella Rubin played Ani's sister in Anora! and she'll be in Fear Street Prom Queen!!
