    It’s not Buddy’s fault that if they did a tour around those records it would draw half as well as a normal or anniversary tour. The only way that kind of tour works is if they are playing much smaller venues. Most of their fanbase actively rejected those records even though they are some of their best material. SF has a fanbase that definitely hasn’t progressed past the first 2 albums for the most part.

    this is exactly my best friend. He just knows dreams and let it enfold you And he kinda knows still searching because it’s their biggest album, but he never really got Truly into it. Whereas for me, I enjoy every album and have all of them on physical copy. Plus, I’ve seen them like 15 times where he’s only seen them a handful of times. I like an album tour as much as the next guy. But when a band like this, where I fuck with their whole discography, I rather just hear a set with songs from every album. I feel like that’s worth much more than an album tour.

    I had never gotten to see them back in the day either so on Friday I was completely blown away from the high energy. They performed all night. They made a club show feel like an arena show with the banter and stage movements. It was so much fun. They really know how to get a crowd going. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely see them live again!

    yah they played late but probably same time as a headliner at riot, they weren't a riot fest after show that started at 11 pm haha and ive seen blink so many times, and i just cant do fests anymore. and i live in the suburbs, getting down to douglass park is always a journey, i retired from riot years ago and dont play on ever going back unless they got a band i had never seen before that was worth the trip/money but i dont see that ever happening.

    i was glad it was during riot fest so it wasn't so crowded, that floor can get pretty tight when a show is sold out or close to haha, it was breathable and easy to move around. without saying riot fest, beau mentioned by saying "thanks for coming out to our show tonight, you guys are the hardcore fans, there was another show i heard of this weekend.. it had a bunch of pop punk bands on it or something" that got a good laugh from the crowd :crylaugh:
