I don't think it's their best but I also think it's very underrated

Yeah most days if someone asks me my favorite Green Day album is either nimrod or warning. Looking back it’s pretty wild just how sprawling and creative nimrod is, it has a little bit of everything

What show were you at? I’m still in awe that we got the world is ugly, scarecrow, and cemetery drive in Chicago. Cemetery drive was the first song I truly loved by my chem 20 years ago, still pinching myself

I really hope they keep playing these deep cuts when the tour makes it back to American festivals, I'm seeing them in two weeks and want to hear them play a song I've never heard lmao And yeah I honestly like both Nimrod and Warning (and Kerplunk) more than Dookie

Just popping in to say I still love this. Has to be my favorite “morning with a cup of coffee” album.

Church on Sunday played last night. First time since 2022 and only the 3rd time since 2001. Need to see the clip but no doubt it sounds flawless as usual.

I think Magic and Wrecking Ball (and Letter to You now that I think about it) are much better than the Rising, however Lonesome Day, You're Missing, and My City of Ruins are top tier Bruce songs for me. Also Mary's Place and Waiting on a Sunny day are both great too.

I've always thought it was a good song but it didn't hit me like it did for so other people. Maybe it's one of those things that you have to experience live to truly appreciate it, or to have it really grow on you. EDIT: I listened to it a few minutes ago and it finally clicked for me. Incredible song. I got genuine chills and tears in my eyes when I listened to it.

I’ve been on such a huge my chem kick since the Chicago show and all I have to say is I didn’t properly appreciate the foundations of decay when it came out. That song absolutely fucking rules. I’ve listened to it like ten times this week lol
