love a new thread reading some quotes on Reddit, seems to be that the Premier League just didn't properly have information regarding him having spent 3 years at Tottenham before he left, and upon being prompted about it they went "oh yeah our bad, he has enough time in the English youth system, he should be"? feels a bit mad they could have him slip through the net in that regard but I suppose he did spend his early senior career abroad so maybe fair enough?
