I still have a WA driver's license even though I moved from there in 2020. I lived in FL from 2020-2022 but never updated my license and I've been in TX for a year and still haven't updated it. Decided it's finally time but the nearest appt to get a new license is in June??? And that's at a location 24 miles away. The DMV near me doesn't have open appts until October?????? Is that normal?????? I haven't been to the DMV in forever so idk if this is a TX thing or a DMV thing

I mean if some company wants to pay me well enough, then yeah sure. It isn't what I'd initially hoped on this job search but man am i tired and desperate. Edit: just got a first interview, so it's not really indicative of much yet lol just sort of crossing my fingers.

It's a solo game, new and different to other Gloomhaven(s). It looks interesting, especially for solo gamers. I have played Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lions, and while it's fun, there is so much management needed it just becomes annoying. This looks like it cuts out most of that.

Double post. Wild Mushroom Ragu, Butternut Bolognese Liz-agna, and a giant ass Chicken Parm. The highlight of all the food. A popular Thai/Southern BBQ place in Portland called Eem. This is the white curry w/ brisket burnt ends. Next to it is the BBQ fried rice w/ mushrooms, shishito peppers, chili jam, and fried shallot. [ATTACH] Also from Eem. Sweet and sour fried chicken w/ red curry powder and cilantro. [ATTACH]

Forgot to take a better pic of the actual doughnuts, oops Fried chicken and waffle from the same breakfast spot. The waffle was pretty standard, but the chicken was so good. [ATTACH] Pizza from a brewery. Pepperoni, beer braised pulled pork, sausage, jalapeños, pineapple. [ATTACH]

Threatened in their homeland, feral Mexican parrots thrive on L.A.'s exotic landscaping Cool story about why parrots native to Mexico have been thriving in the LA area. It's really wild when you see and hear the flocks, it's not something you expect in this area. Basically they were released pets from the 70s and 80s and since developers landscaped all their communities with non-native tropical plants, it basically recreated their habitat.
