I hate how much my anxiety symptoms can mimic a heart attack, which is naturally one of the things I’m most anxious about. I’ve been eating, drinking, and sleeping like shit the last few weeks too and have put on some weight recently so that’s only contributing to the anxiety that it might be a heart issue. Really need to start taking better care of myself again.

Had the day off and it was a nice balance of productive and self care -worked for a lil bit (but it was hanging out with an adorable toddler so didn't feel like work) -went on a mini hike -bought things I didn't need which kinda stressed me out but I've made peace -checked in with a friend -did a lil craft -cleaned up my apartment -did several loads of laundry and put it away! -loaded dishwasher -20 min glute workout -showered It's so cool cause this weekend now I'll just be able to chill. My messy apartment was causing me a lot of guilt and anxiety and it felt nice to get it taken care of

"Hurt by things in our early teen years as well", and does not elaborate or address the claim of abuse beyond "misleading". Yadda yadda, God's love and mercy, need my prayer warriors, blah blah blah. Christians love to parrot the same bullshit and it's accepted because it's "sin", and well, we are ALL sinners! I am not without empathy, whatever happened is clearly horrific.
