Should bands not plan for their future in hopes that things will get better, or should they just sit on their hands and do nothing?

The shows that I have tickets to are being postponed and waiting on new dates...no refunds have been given for those.

Stabbing Westward is playing Grand Junction, CO on September 28th and it looks like Salt Lake City on the 27th

The ticket I bought for an Architects show at the end of April has a delivery delay until April 5th. It's a physical ticket that's being mailed.
