In the game, you see the club cave in the body part. So, yea, stabbing is not as gruesome.

So many thoughts to get out regarding this episode, but I think they made a good change flipping Tommy with Dina. Watching it in the moment I was curious as to why they went that route, but as the episode played out it really allowed Tommy to have a moment, and I think it will help provide more context and motivation for what’s to come for Dina.

i just mean she sat there quietly and did a quick jab. In the game she takes a full force swing to his head with the head of the club.

Slightly changed the way abby finishes things. Not quite as gruesome as in the game, but still bad obviously. There was less anger which almost makes it more sickening in a way.

I thought I saw somewhere that he is producing the whole album. Can't confirm though.

I think By The Way is still the best song on here. 4,000 days is also really good. I thought it was interesting to place an interlude on this album though.

They have said a few times that they aren't really into the idea of anniversary tours.

New album is pretty good. Very short, but pretty good. Something nostalgic about it.

You could say the same thing about casting Pedro Pascal as Joel. It was kind of an interesting choice based on Pedro's ethnicity, but it was such a good casting decision. There are times in my mind when I hear Troy Baker's voice as Joel from the game and wish he was just cast in the show, but then I realize it would be kind of dumb if those kinds of things were exactly the same from game to show (if that makes sense).

https://www.instagram.com/dean_butterworth/?hl=en His bio still says drummer of Good Charlotte, and he has the original comeback announcement pinned. I'll reserve judgement for now.

The fact that this season is only 7 episodes is such a bummer. It's gonna be over so quick :(

Early, early days, but yeah, I didn't really enjoy the dialogue or the scenes with Abby and something felt a little off, but I get why they added them now. I think one of the main complaints (for both games really and s1) was both how dangerous the infected are portrayed, and then how conveniently non threatening they are when needed. So I guess at the very least it was to show how resource backed and thought out Abbys journey was to avoid the 'well how come they marched across the country and didn't come across any trouble? blah blah blah'.
