This is the kinda bold, wild take I love to see from people. Still thinking about watching Ballerina before seeing any John Wick movies.

My #1 would be ballerina. I love the choreography and cinematography

Honestly I’ve never understood the liking of cream cheese icing. So many pumpkin and other fall desserts rely so heavily on the icing and it’s straight dog water. Red velvet, carrot cake, pumpkin cake, anything with cream cheese icing can go straight into orbit and never return.

Plot feels similar to tropic thunder, but instead of a war movie they’re making anaconda lol [MEDIA]

Yeah I played the Bananza DLC. Should’ve been $5. Not $20

I didn't like the sound of Lucas' sequel story with Darth Maul being a crime lord and taking over as the new bad of the trilogy. But, Luke reviving the Jedi Order would have been good to see with Leia then becoming the new supreme chancellor.

Somewhat agree in that I have no desire to re-watch the sequel trilogy ever again. I loved the force awakens when it released, but the 2 films that followed tanked my interest in those characters and their stories. For disney Star Wars I prefer the Andor trilogy and Mandalorian (some of Ahsoka as well)

Honestly, Metroid would be a next great film after Zelda.

You could be right. There hasn’t been much info on the legendary/pokemon stuff since detective Pikachu.

‘Pokemon’ Movie Rights Land at Legendary Legendary stills owns the rights so Nintendo would have to borrow them similar to Marvel/Spider-Man. I’m assuming they only sold the rights for Pokemon because they weren’t planning to start their own film division in 2016

For the Zelda film Sony is distributing and co-financing it with Nintendo so maybe they don’t have the rights. Hopefully Nintendo didn’t pull a Marvel/Spider-Man situation. For Pokemon the film rights were purchased by legendary or WB so that will be trickier

The question is which franchise would they choose. Pokemon film rights are with WB. Zelda films rights are with Sony. Mario already had a film with DK.

If only Nintendo had a franchise they could tie that into.

Going from Galaxy to Odyssey would seem like a step down in terms of scale tbh. I think the only way they could top Galaxy is if the 3rd film was a crossover with other Nintendo characters

Final Fantasy VII physical edition for switch 2 comes with a good amount of content (except the game on the cart lol)

I didn’t like this as much as I’d like. Jonsson was great in it, but everyone else just felt like they were trying too hard that it came off as unbelievable or cringe tbh. Also that ending

Yeah I’ll probably just pay $70 for the physical copy even though I already have 3D all stars tbh I was expected the individual games to be like $20 lol

Not that anyone wants it delayed further, but I find it a little surprising they won't release remasters of Prime 2 and 3 before 4 is out. Probably plenty of people out there (including me) who loved the first remaster but haven't ever played the subsequent games.

Yeah this direct was okay. I liked the Mario news and Galaxy stuff. DK Bananza DLC. And RE9 being an actual game and not cloud based is good. With Galaxy 2 in October I’ll probably skip legends Z-A and then get Metroid prime 4 in December and RE9 in Feb.

Resident Evil 9 dropping on switch 2 day 1 is a good grab. Haven’t had a RE mainline game drop day 1 on a Nintendo console since RE4
