    Sequel in 2029. Glad they’ll take their time for everyone involved - particularly the animators and songwriters - but damn hurts my heart a little to think of how much older my kids will be by then. When Is 'KPop Demon Hunters 2' Getting Released on Netflix?

    I have been thinking about the "YOUR BEING MANIPULATED" sign more than maybe any detail form a piece of art this year. I am excited to rewatch this soon. I have a feeling I will still feel it goes off the rails a bit in the third act, but am also starting to feel (especially since the Charlie Kirk stuff) that this could go down as one of the essential pieces of media from the 2020s. Between this film and Geese's "Trinidad," ("THERE'S A BOMB IN MY CAR"), it really feels like paranoia is a defining artistic trait halfway into the decade. Been thinking of writing something about that, but still kicking it around in my head.
