This Is How Grooming Works: My 2006 LiveJournal Entries About Jesse Lacey Thank you to everyone here who’s supported me—your belief gave me the strength to keep going. I’m sharing something I never expected to share, let alone see ever again: some of the LiveJournal entries I wrote in real time while I was being groomed by Jesse Lacey in 2006. The response to my first article made it clear that the truth and visibility matter, and simultaneously, how deeply misunderstood grooming is, even today. I won’t be checking responses much today, but I did want to share this here with the folks who have supported me from day 1. Thank you for continuing to witness and validate me in my process. This is all I have left to contribute to this conversation, at least for now.

Finally watching the interview, and my takeaway is lesbians/queer women are wild in regards to dating. Katie said her longest relationship was with Naomi, who she is no longer dating and is still in a band with, and Lucy said her and Julien have been together for almost 7 years which would have been when the boygenius EP came out lol
