Side note: Is Chris the coolest member of Underoath? Feels like the longer time goes that seems to be most likely.

Run Brother Run, One More Creature Dizzy With Love, and Woods are pretty much head and shoulders above the rest of Gospel, but if I'm nitpicking it probably isn't quite as consistent across the board. I'm slightly worried about a Gospel tour, and I mean this as kindly as I can say it, but I think Dave's voice would have an issue holding up over the course of a few shows of majority that album, much less a whole tour. Unless he's a drastically different performer than he was back in the day.

“Run, Brother, Run” is also a clear instance of leveling up from Gospel imo

It’s a post rock disguised as a pop punk song, it’s so good. The three guitars in the instrumental bridge are just *chefs kiss*

you did say they "fell off hard" but reading that in context with your other posts I think you meant the fanbase did. I think that "pop punk revival" was just hitting its peak when Gospel, Suburbia, Under Soil and Dirt, Listen and Forgive, and Radiosurgery (wtf 2011 still blows my mind) came out, then by the time 2014 came around, most casual fans moved on pretty quick, at least I did. I still had a soft spot for Fireworks, but I was more interested in Balance and Composure, Tigers Jaw, Citizen, Title Fight, Touche Amore, La Dispute, Pianos Become the Teeth, and other alt-revival Yipcore bands at the time.
