    Nice. My only suggestion is to get one that can hold multiple probes. Poultry can be tough with only one since there’s little to no fat. This is what I have. It’s pricey but worth it. Smoke X® Long-Range Remote BBQ Alarm Thermometer Looks like it’s on sale too!

    I have a little portable meat thermometer that I use. Usually just let it cook for close to the right amount of time, check the temp then go from there.

    I smoked a turkey for thanksgiving almost every year. I make sure to have a thermometer in the leg and the breast. I will either brine them or use an injection(Tony Chachere's) I also use crisco butter spray every hour to help keep the skin get crispy.

    anyone used a smoker? Ive had luck with pretty much everything Ive smoked (wings/chicken/fish/sausage/brisket/ribs) but never seem to luck out with turkey. Flavor is good but its always dry. Even did a 24 hour brine this time. Anyone have any tips?

    Maybe it's just because ADTR was never my favorite band, but I actually enjoy this album for what it is. I agree that the lyrics are cringe on quite a few songs. But at least it's better than "You're Welcome" which was just outright crap.

    I’ve sunk 16 hours into this so far and feel like I’ve barely scratched the surface. Just got to the part where and was genuinely nearly in tears at that and the scene before it. I love this game already. The AC franchise is probably my favourite, but this game is on another level.
