    I don’t think I’ve ever posted my own cooking because a) I’m not very good at it and b) my dishes are never aesthetically pleasing, but I made these steak bites with garlic/shallot butter sauce from a youtube recipe and they came out pretty good. Served with rice + shrooms and pickled red onions. And yes, I use an obscene amount of garlic in almost everything I make. [ATTACH]
