Honestly the easiest way for me to eat healthy each week is meal prep. If I have the healthy option on hand, I’m more likely to eat it. Mission tortilla has the best low carb wrap/tortilla and are actually 0 net carbs. There’s a line of breads/English muffins called 647 that’s lower carb higher fiber that I really enjoy too for breakfast options. I always have 2 easy dinner options on hand when I get lazy, frozen grilled chicken strips and cooked shrimp are my current go to. It’s helpful to have something you can just microwave when you’re feeling lazy and throw on a bagged salad or eat as a wrap. Don’t try to drastically change your whole diet at once, just try to find realistic swaps and things that make it easy for you to choose the healthier options.
