Eden Lake is truly one of those movies you watch once and never again lmao

Openers definitely depends on the bill. If it’s just one opener, I’ll probably show up for them. If it’s a 3-5 band bill, it really depends on how many bands I enjoy on the bill. I can’t sit through multiple artists I don’t really care about. The Hot Mulligan, Silverstein and Senses Fail/SOTY bills this fall are the pretty rare show where I’m a big fan of all of the bands on the shows.

Watched The Tunnel and Eden Lake tonight. The Tunnel was pretty fun, mockumentary/found footage done well. I was totally not prepared for how mean and bleak Eden Lake was. One of the more fucked up movies that I’ve ever seen. Definitely enjoyed it, but that was so brutal and hard to watch. I can’t remember the last time I felt so conflicted about a movie.

I definitely prefer to sit in the balcony or the back of the crowd the older I get. Luckily most Portland venues have started selling Balcony tickets post covid to make more money and my old ass will definitely pay for the luxury. I also just can’t stand drunk people talking loud as fuck so GA is a no go for me. My favorite venue in Portland has the best layout ever. 21+ floor with an all ages balcony that has GA seating. Leads up 99 percent of the drunk assholes being down on the floor because the venue is super strict about not letting people sit in areas they don’t have tickets for.

Hype train for people who enjoy stranger things, hate train for people that know they’ll be seeing and hearing stranger things for the next 2 months

If I was in my 20s I’d maybe be more interested and have the energy but pushing 40 I just wanna see the act I wanna see.

The title track definitely works better an as opener than closer and C & S would be an epic closer so I can totally get with that track listing.

That is a tough decision, but considering how great the support is you’d still be getting your moneys worth. Incredibly excited for every band on the bill.

This falls behind the last 2 as those two are all bangers and this has some filler but I still enjoy it a ton and I’m looking forward to hearing these songs live on the headlining tour.

I don't like this quite as much as their last but I still think it's really great and easily their second best release.

This definitely messes up my rankings. Pretty much everything outside of Sister Cities is interchangeable for me depending on my mood as far as rankings go. This album definitely joins that group when before I could only really listen to a handful of songs, which is how I feel about SC. I still think the closer is pretty weak, but besides that it’s top tier TWY with these new recordings.

Mike really shining on this. There are fills and a lot of tom work that couldn’t even be heard on the original. Loving this remaster. Edit: I could still do without thanks for the ride. San Andreas is so good.

Have always really loved this album and put it fairly high in their discography ranking, but by all means it didn’t sound great. This elevates it a ton I’m excited to have this version going forward!

This makes me very excited for the 10 year tour, which I’m assuming will be next spring and get announced after the ADTR/YC tour is over around Thanksgiving. That’s my hope at least.

Man this is amazing. The production made me not listen to this album as much as I should have. This sounds phenomenal. It’s doing the same thing Gaslight remastering History Books did for me, it’s like a whole new album.

M’s!!!! The fact that we are up 2-0 and didn’t use anyone of our main bullpen except Bazardo today after Logan Gilbert was very underwhelming is shocking.

Absolute gem of a win by the M’s tonight. Bryce’s best performance of the year by far in his first start ever on short rest. Polanco coming up super clutch when it’s needed the most. This win puts a ton of pressure on Toronto tomorrow. M’s are playing with house money right now!
