Listening to last week's episode and went searching for Mitch's secret message board. I can't believe Chorus has a Doughboys thread with 475 pages and then that it got referenced on the pod lol.

Okay, I finished my MI watch-through and here's my very chaotic ranking: MI3 Fallout Mission Impossible Rogue Nation MI2 Ghost Protocol Dead Reckoning it's really tough because there isn't really a hard drop-off in quality anywhere. Like, Dead Reckoning absolutely has the best action next to Fallout (maybe even better?), but I kind of think THE ENTITY and Gabriel are wack villains. I also feel like my enjoyment of these movies almost directly correlates with the villains (not unlike the Scream movies), which is why MI3, Fallout, and Rogue Nation are all higher than, say, Ghost Protocol, which really lacks in an antagonist but undoubtedly beats out MI3 in terms of action. I do think I have a softer spot for the first three feeling like unique, singular visions whereas the last several feel more like a string of (awesome) set pieces lacking some of that identity from film to film, but at the end of the day, they're all like a 6.5-7/10+, so I'm just really glad I finally watched them. Also stoked to catch at least one of them in theaters now.

I was at the Iowa show! It was cool but also kind of a nightmare because 5000 fucking people showed up. Also we were all on a hill slanting away from the stage so unless you were in the very front you literally couldn’t see anything. And the show ended early because someone OD’d

Bryan is 1000000% right about the corporate landlord being better than dealing with a slum lord.
