Musically sounds good but what are those vocals?

Jesus, didn’t know he was ill! I was hopping for new music as well. Black Messiah was one of the greatest comeback albums of all time.

Used to love Meet Met Halfway, At Least haha. Not listened to it in a decade plus though. I can imagine it will feel a bit dated.

Just put Lion Skin on and the production sounds much better than the original mix. Need to listen with headphones on though.

Wild, just read that one of the two women who offered their baby up to Watkins will be up for release next year. Should stay behind bars forever in my opinion!

It's apparently an amuse-bouche for a forthcoming full-length. Discussed at some length in this Chorus interview.

Jesus, Pain was a painful listen. Every Little Lie is the best one on this for sure. Can't believe it took them all this time to come out with a pretty average 4 song EP.

I’d advise listening to the interview Stu did with the Sappening Podcast a few years back. As far as I know, it’s one of the only times one of them has publicly talked about it. The hosts aren’t for me, but one of them was in a band from Wales called The Blackout, who had Ian feature on their breakout single. Goes into how in the final five or so years of the band, Ian was distant, aggressive, secretive, travelling separately, etc. They even lived in separate countries, and got into physical fights a few times. Stu says he had a drug addiction which he refused help for too so they were going to break up. You can hear the hurt and anger for sure. So, I dunno. Maybe educate yourself before you go throwing this shit around based off one out of context joke.

I still think Rituals is my favourite from them overall.

I saw them live at Koko in London on Friday - I can confirm that Lawn Tennis sounds so much better live, especially with full band. You call tell they really don't like playing any old songs though.

Only just heard James isn’t very well. Hope he makes a recovery as it sounds serious whatever the medical condition is.

I would love to hear this project. I used to have Start Something on repeat as a teen in the 00s. Such a shame the music is unlistenable now. Lee is such an underrated guitarist as well.

for whatever reason despite knowing synapse forever ive only recently gotten around to mi fa mi and that was a mistake because it is already one of my favorite albums ever, even more than synapse tbh. the way the electronics consume this album realllllly speaks my language. pale blue dot is one of the most goated closers of all goated closers

These comments are wild. More positive energy than I’ve ever seen around a release for us. Especially here where it can be a pretty tough crowd haha. Thank you guys. How the hell are we going to choose which songs to play live next year?!
