that Ghoul serum in ep 4 is not a thing in the games. Only thing that they feed off of is rads in game. And only things that make ghouls go feral are brain rot or lost of mental fortitude after decades/centuries of being 'alive'. There is no magic fix for them as far as I know and the rate of going feral is dependent on the person. Ep 7 spoilers:
