People were dying before October 7th. But they were on the other side of the wall from where concerts and festivals happen and weren’t Jewish so their death and suffering doesn’t spark outrage and condemnation. There were many hostages taken before October 7th but they were taken by IDF and get to be called prisoners because of their crime of resisting a violent occupation. Yes it’s tragic and terrible that people died on October 7th but there were events before and after. There’s a clear oppressor and oppressed here and all it takes to see which is which is to look before and after October 7th.

what kinda food you interested in? Not downtown, but we just went to Bamboo Sushi in the highlands and it was fantastic. then you can pop over to little man for icecream afterwards. Linger is also there and really really good. idk if there's a restaurant within the downtown area i can actually recommend tho.

I had my organ donor committee speech today at work and I didn’t cry (until after), pass out, or puke. The other girl that spoke lost her Dad and a fellow firefighter (she works for an ambulance that transports to my ER daily) that donated. Her speech was phenomenal.
