    an organization that reeks of dysfunction is pretty easy to see and sniff out. if a team is just bad, wins 5 games, keeps the HC and GM, and is just simply a victim of being a bad team, i dont mind if they get the pick. but its at the point where i dont even think the jets or titans should be in the league and some kids gonna get his life ruined next april by one of these teams.
