Carolina Panthers select Will Shipley, RB, Clemson Panthers haven’t been able to find a receiver in this draft, but there are other ways to improve the passing game. Shipley has a high floor imo due to his ability to be effective on all 3 downs. I don’t see how he won’t at least be decent. And at this point in the draft, that’s a win. Oh, and he’s a Charlotte native and life-long Panthers fan.
