I have been seeing this on reddit too and it's just an exhausting circle. 1) The 'it's a movie!! turn off your brain and don't think about it!' is such a lame response, and unless you literally have never had a question about a movie ever, it's just a deflection and means 'I don't want to engage in any criticism about something i like'. BUT 2) It's a horror movie and if every horror writer adhered to 100% real world logic, or had to have an explanation for everything or else they didn't proceed, we'd be robbed of so many creative stories. IMO - this was still the best fun I had in theaters all year, but I still have some issues some of the story logic.
