This is neither here nor there and again, I like all of these songs, but Claudio has fallen back a little too hard on entering the last chorus whisper quiet and then reintroducing the rest of the band. Rise Naianasha, A Disappearing Act, Blood, The Joke, Goodbye Sunshine, Meri of Mercy, this new song on the last two albums alone. Am I missing any lol

The song sounds pretty identical sonically to everything on the last 2 records and thematically and structurally feels mostly the same as well so if I had to guess these are just B-sides retrofitted to The Afterman storyline for added intrigue. Still love the band still probably gonna love the songs (definitely love this one) but it does seem a tiny bit cynical to me

I've finally stopped being bitter enough to talk about how I signed up for a test screening for this movie at a Regal in Chicago like 3-4 months ago that got canceled the day of. They rescheduled it like a week later and I couldn't make the new date but my friend did; after the test screening they announced that they had just screened the finished movie and PTA was there and bouncing between the two rooms in the theater that were showing it. Also apparently he just walked out the front door after the movie was over, got in a limo and drove off also my friend said the movie was great

Have nothing to report here so apologies in advance. It is pretty funny it looks like they are going into yet another touring cycle with no album, but with most of the shows already sold out that had me thinking that at this point these guys are the perfect candidate for a surprise album drop, may actually generate more conversation for them than an actual rollout at this point again not saying anything based in reality here/mostly just copium
