    Give what you can.

Sold out already. Maybe they shoulda pressed 5,017.

Lame about it being sold out but man what a great record! It's too bad it's also the last good record we got from these guys.

They didn't do 10 year shows for Hot Fuss right?

Would kill to be at these Sam Towns shows.

So disappointed this sold out so quick. Can't believe they printed so little for a 10 year anniversary. While maybe not a popular opinion, this is my favorite Killers record. Always wanted it on vinyl.

It's also a good thing that this statement is false.

What an idiotic pressing strategy. 5,016 for $45? Really? Why even bother?

People have been dying for a non picture disc version of this album for awhile now. Bummer, but not surprised.

    Aaaachem!

My picture disc sounds great, surprisingly

On a different note, I had no idea that Sam's Town was a real place. Given that the other listings on their site's events page include a hula festival and a WWE Summer Slam viewing party, I'd say these shows are going to be fucking bonkers. Very cool for anyone who scores tickets.

I've been holding out for this repress, but I guess I'll just get the picture disc.

Please tell me what record is up to par with Hot Fuss and Sam's Town then?

Since when does "not up to par" mean not good? You said it was the last good thing they ever did. That's different than saying "they never did anything that was up to par with the first two"

I said last good record as a whole because it (imo) is 100% is.

Also while both Day & Age and Battle Born have a couple good tracks, they're not (IMO) good records. Especially when stacked against the first two.

Battle Born is better than both.

That's crazy talk but maybe I'll give the album another listen. Flowers even said (something to the extent of) that he was disappointed in that record and that they won't make another record unless it's better.

I remember being disappointed when this album released, but this album has grown to be my 2nd favorite of theirs!

Flowers also once said that Day & Age was the band's strongest album, so he's not exactly infallible on the subject.

It lets me put it in my cart but I'm too broke from signing a lease at a new apartment to afford it

And let's not forget the fact that Flowers has somehow managed to put what are arguably his three worst songs as album closers throughout his career. That's gotta be some sort of record.
