I already posted this on the album's page but I got that Trash Boat album a few days ago and I've listened to it a few times front-to-back since then. This band shows a lot of promise. They're easily the best new-wave British pop-punk band. Everything on there is way better than anything in Neck Deep or Roam's entire catalogues. "Tring Quarry" alone is one of my favorite songs I've heard in a while. Looking forward to where they go from here for sure.

Going to listen to that Sherwood album as well. Sounds like it's going to be pretty good from what I've heard already.

The new Told Slant record is out today and probably going to be on repeat for the rest of this month. I picked up the vinyl at their show a few days ago and it's great.

    The rivalry is back on

I think I've heard everything I want to today already besides RHCP.

I'd definitely recommend Mitski if you haven't heard it.

New Sherwood vinyl should be here when I get home from work tonight, pumped about that.

I just preordered a new pressing of The Killers' Hot Fuss on vinyl that supposedly begins shipping today. I only found one seller who had it available despite seeing a press release about it a while ago. We'll see if it shows up.

Dang, that's crazy. I thought it was perfect. Every single song stands on its own for me and it's classic Sherwood in every way.

3/4 of the way through it. LOVE it. Also this record is proof that Will Yip does know what he's doing behind the boards, he just has some weird ones now and again. The production is great imo.

this is Yips recording? Damn I usually don't like his work but he killed it on this one. The drums are so good.
