It’s a good week for new releases: that Modern Baseball album is being well received, I am looking forward to diving into the new one from The Living End, and I’m sure everyone’s going to be watching how Pierce the Veil charts next week. On top of that, David Bazan, Astronautalis, and Hatebreed all have new albums out, and are we still pretending 3OH!3 are relevant? I hope not. If you hit read more you can see all the releases we have in our calendar for the week. The new CHVRCHES song is great, thanks for letting me know about that. Love Mirrors Edge too, pretty fitting for the soundtrack. Looking forward to checking out the new Billy Talent song as well.

Tree City Sessions is great, some songs sound so much better with Tillian. Hoping for some brand new material from them soon.

Came here to make sure people were giving DGD credit for Tree City Sessions despite it not being on the list. Good job, people.

Modern Baseball's Holy Ghost is something special. Been listening to it all week.

Listening to Pierce The Veil now and really enjoying it. Definitely a bit of a new direction for the band.

  12. Aqualung's 10 Futures got a worldwide release today. It was released in January 2015 in the UK only, I believe. Haven't been able to get it in the US and elsewhere until today. Looking forward to checking that out.

I'll also be checking out the new David Bazan.

Modern Baseball is the big release of the week for me. What a fantastic album.

Dance Gavin Dance really delivered on Tree City Sessions too. "Spooks" and "Carl Barker" in particular sound really great in these new versions. Looking forward to their new album this year.

Going to give the new Pierce The Veil a listen as well. Wasn't really into CWTS but I like the new songs they've put out this far. Always been a casual enjoyer of their songs but never a full-on fan. Maybe this one will change that. I'm with Jason and definitely also curious to see where they chart next week.

Hilarious poking fun at 3oh!3 yet saying "I’m sure everyone’s going to be watching how Pierce the Veil charts next week" as if they aren't both equally as awful.

I don't like PTV, but there's no way they're as bad as 3oh!3. It's not even close. And you don't have to like a band to be curious as to how they'll chart. They've got massive for a band in that scene and I'm really curious as to how they'll do.
