    I enjoy the Song Exploder podcasts but they always feel a little phoned in to me. Too short and not enough interesting information.

    I don't think this is always true. Definitely heard some interesting ones. Tycho, Ghostface Killah, and The Postal Service were all really interesting features IMO. I do agree that there are a fair share of really lackluster episodes though.

    Agreed. Those were good. What makes the show unique is when they really go into the production process of songs and play demos, and split the tracks up to show the process. I'm sorry but I don't care about the break up that inspired your lyrics. Artists talk about that stuff in every other interview.
