I still can't believe how successful they've become. Great for them!

This is INSANE. They haven't even gone on their summer US tour yet and they're already announcing a fall/winter Arena tour? Nuts.

I've seen them 6 times now...3 of those times were in bars that held about 200 people...just 3 years ago. Crazy to think about.

NicE! I will try to get tickets for this!

They're going the 5SOS route: pre-sell tickets for a tour next year while the band is still hot. I'm not saying 21P won't be hot in a year but I know you can get some below face value 5SOS tickets on Stubhub for this summer's tour.

Unfortunately I'm one of those people who just doesn't understand this band... at all.

Love the band, but their shows in bigger venues are so underwhelming after seeing them in smaller venues.

    Sending my love

That's what everyone on AP.net said when the first leg of this tour went on sale last October, and sold out almost instantly. That tour doesn't even start until the end of this month, but tickets are definitely WAY above face value on Stubhub...

Even as a huge TOP fan, I'm really surprised they're doing another tour. By the time this finally wraps up, Blurryface will have been out for two years.

Well that's the thing, last October, 21P sold out 2k to 3500 person venues and no 2nd dates were added. That built up the demand and when they announced the arena tour, they had that demand and the #1 song in the country. With the old fans and the new fans, they easily sold out arenas this summer. Knowing that Blurryface is going to be 2 years old and they're going to be on a B-Market tour, they're hitting the demand early. I'm sure the 2nd leg will sell well if it was announced in August but it's going to sell great now given that this leg is mostly sold out.

Already announced a Pittsburgh date for January, before the show on June 1st. Saw them at 930 club a year and a half ago, which was just so much fun. I do hope they start to think about new tunes soon. Blurryface is fun, but this will be 4 tours (?) for 1 album?

I'm the same way. I live in Cleveland so have been listening to TOP since like, 2011, and they've toured a lot of smaller places around Cleveland/Akron area throughout their first few years. The largest show I saw them at was at the LC in Columbus in early 2013 in front of 5,000. Most of the times I saw them was in 200-300 person rooms. I couldn't imagine them playing an indoor 20,000 person show. I just don't think it'd translate well for what they do. They've since come to Cleveland a few times over the past year or two and I didn't even bother to get tickets. Coming in June to play Cleveland State University, which is probably about 12-15K. I'll pass.

This. I hope they are recording for next album during this tour cycle (or at least writing). I still feel Vessel is the better album and would love it if the re-recorded older stuff like, Kitchen Sink or Forrest for future albums.

Agree and disagree. Hope they're recording (which I'm guessing they are) but I'd hope they leave alone the old stuff. The old stuff is great, particularly Kitchen Sink and Forest, but one of the main things I was disappointed in with Vessel was that 8 of the 12 tracks had been around for years (with exception of Migrane, which was around for about a year) so after waiting for their 'debut' album for so long, only 25% of it was really considered new. Surprised they re-recorded Goner for Blurryface, but glad they did because the Blurryface version is much better than the original, imo.
