Damn, they are coming to Vancouver! Not too often they grace us with their presence. But of course I am out of the country when they play here.

That's four shows this year (so far) that have been blocked from my schedule due to travel or weddings. ARGH

I wonder how tickets will sell over previous album tours for them since this record is notably when the quality of the songs started going down. Still a great album. I'm just saying.

Based on the tour schedule, looks they are playing riot fest

Disagree. I’ll take this over the first Good Apollo any day.

I love both albums, but I feel your comment warrants the return of this delicious meme:

They replied "Patience" when someone inquired about a Toronto date, so here's to hoping they can squeeze in Montreal as well.

I was surprised to see western Canadian dates and none in Toronto or Montreal - so that makes sense.

You're right, but you might be underestimating the fanbase here

Though that is actually quite refreshing, since 90% of tours that come to Canada seem to think Toronto and Montreal are the only places worth stopping. This was always a big source of frustration when growing up in Vancouver, especially since it isn't too much further for bands that are already visiting Seattle.

For sure. I didn't mean to imply they should be hitting up the central Canadian cities instead of the western cities, because you're right, shows here in Toronto certainly don't serve to satisfy fans in BC. Just peaked my curiosity because a lot of tours that don't come here do so because a band member can't clear customs or they deem it not worth the border crossing, so was a bit surprised to see that routing.
