    Half Waif will release the new album, The Caretaker, on March 27th. Today she’s shared the new song “Ordinary Talk.”

    Can’t wait to listen to the track on my way home from work. I still return to Lavender a ton & the tracks she’s released since have been fantastic too.

    Edit: I enjoy it, but reckon I’ll appreciate it more in the context of the album. Definitely a contrast from “Keep It Out”, which felt so immediate and really brought the hooks like a lead single in a traditional sense. I wonder if most/ all of the songs on the new record are given similar room to breathe as this song.

    I wasn't aware Half Waif is on ANTI-, which is a label I've kinda started digging as well. Cool!
