Welcome back to Track List, your monthly dose of 30 songs aimed to match the time of year, sequenced into a playlist for you to vibe out to however you see fit. Hopefully some names will be familiar, and hopefully some will give you a new discography to dive into. Drop me a line with some of your seasonal favorites and check back every month for a new playlist.

You can find the playlist on Spotify and Apple Music and read more about the selections below.

Who’s got two thumbs and waited way too long to make this month’s playlist? It’s definitely this guy. But hey, it’s still July, right? And I don’t know about you, but pop music has dominated my listening habits all month long. Picking up where we left off in June, this playlist is centered around summer pop music in all of it’s vivacious, hooky goodness. We take a trip through the various iterations of fiery four-on-the-floor beats by combining glossy synth pop and EDM club bangers with some R&B flavor and a few indie rock leaning tunes to finish things off. From Carly Rae Jepsen to Justice, and Kehlani to Bear Hands, there’s bound to be something here for any fans of the genre just looking to kick off their dance party.

I will definitely check this out this afternoon. I haven't been listening to much pop music lately, but I'm excited.
