Anyone else think this might be a surprise EP? Those "band names" on the gig poster art might be song name acronyms.

 

It’s a song. I promise you all it’s a song. It’s 49 seconds of music and it’s coming on Friday.

 

Sounds so different not only in production but stylistically to Blame It On My Youth that I’m now completely baffled as to what this new album is all about. Although I prefer the faster stuff Blame It On My Youth grew on me massively.

I was so excited by this clip. Now I'm less excited knowing that I've heard over 1/4 of the song in this snippet. But it sounds really good.

This at least gets my hopes up after the letdown that was "Blame It On My Youth".

 

Has everyone forgotten this scene is built on short songs? Under 1 minute songs are not necessarily empty vessels.

Look at "Faces of Grief" on the latest Bad Religion record - 1:05 of absolute pummeling melody. I understand wanting whatever this Blink song is to be longer because it truly does sound awesome, but let's take what we can get.

More importantly, let's be grateful that songs like this exist on the new record. If their new stuff can contain this AND BIOMY, what the hell else is in the middle, and how fucking awesome will it be?

This sounds very promising. Way more so than blame it on my youth or whatever that crap was.

 

It's a banger for sure. Wish it was longer. Don't care that Matt's vocals are slightly louder. I think that covers my responses to the three comments people are making over and over lol.
