    "Head Above Water" was pretty good and had me moderately hyped. Then this came out, and it sounds like bad 2009-era Kesha (side note: I didn't hate Kesha's first album, so this is a bigger insult than it might initially seem). Goodbye, hype.

    Song's fun. I liked "Head Above Water" more than I would've thought, but I'm glad her sickness didn't turn her off to silly pop nonsense, which is traditionally where she excels the most.

    It feels like a modern rehash of The Best Damn Thing which is my least favorite album. I still am looking forward to the album and would love a tour!
