    Young the Giant will release their new album, Mirror Master, on October 12th. Today they’ve released the new song “Superposition” and pre-orders are now up.

    New song is so underwhelming. Any of the singles of their first three records does laps around this so I hope the next song they release is much better ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Hmm, haven’t really liked either of the new songs a whole bunch. Hoping the rest of the album lives up. Definitely going to see them when they come around on tour this year.

    Superposition gives me hope the album can still be good cause Simplify is super bland. Superposition has the aesthetics I look for in YTG, so hopefully the rest follows suit.

    Shit, I don't like to listen to album openers beforehand, but I gave up ;( and it's the best thing I've heard today so far! Better than the first single, which wasn't bad in my opinion, but just wasn't what I needed back then when it came out.
