    This guy has become so massive...I just don't get the appeal. He just feels like diet-hip hop to me.

    Kendrick is 100x the artist Drake is, but Drake has those jams the white girls like while Kendrick is out there with socially aware lyrics that sometimes make white people uncomfortable.

    Artists, specifically hip hop artists, have been doing this the last couple years because it somehow skews their streaming numbers higher. I cant remember the exact reasoning but Migos got called out for this too.
